So today I'm at home and going to do the jobs! But first things first......

B/fast scrambled eggs and cheese ! Yummy!

Lunch smoked mackeral green salad and Mayo yummy!

Tea cheese burger pie and buttered cabbage ( going to use pork mince and see if it works????)

Coffee peppermint tea and water

And my 2 teaspoons coconut oil dissolved slowly in my mouth coz I love it!
