Dance the positive spin..
Hi folks
Re my incomprehensible 3lb gain on refeed week and 3lb on following week ....
Finally some positive news (I hope - Im terrified in case I tempt fate)! I did make an appointment with my doc as advised but its not till the end of the month so I decided to stop taking the shakes - against advice from my pharmacist who wanted me to drop to 2 shakes/1 meal.
Its now Wednesday and I didnt have a shake on Monday, Tuesday or today but instead had a snack/light meal (ie 1.Krisprolls with ham and Laughing Cow LF triangles and 2.poached egg on ham on 1 slice toast). Tuesday morning, I had lost a quarter of a pound and this morning (Weds), I had lost another three quarters of a pound. So basically - not counting todays non-shake - Ive lost 1lb from not having shakes for two days - hence why I have posted this as a new thread.
I am very very relieved - albeit very confused given I was following the sheets advice for repeating Days 4-7 by having one shake and two meals. Anyway, I am trying not to get too excited as I realise it could just be my bodys fluctuations BUT its looking a bit more positive so far. Fingers crossed I have located the problem and put a stop to the horrendous weight gain.
I will of course, keep you all updated ....
Thanks so much for all your support.
Vanessa
