Good ways to lose double chin

I realise that normal dieting/exercise will reduce any double chin but wondered if there was any way to target it specifically? I am thin all over except for my belly and chin area, which looks very disproportionate. I've heard that drinking lots of water can help, I've started doing this anyway. Also going down to one pillow and chewing gum makes a huge different, both of which I've also started doing. In two weeks I've noticed my face slim a little but this has had no effect on my double chin. Can anybody clarify the validity of the above methods and offer up any other ideas?

Facial exercises improve and strengthen muscle tone. Celebrities like George Clooney and Victoria Beckham do them. I havent tried them, so I dont know if they work. But I guess they are worth a shot. Try searching facial exercises in google.
