Just noticed some fat free sweets on the holland and barrett website and was wondering if any one knoew the syn values. I can't use the online calculator thing as I don't attend a club or am I part of the online club so was wondering if any one could help me out.

Ooh thankyou I didn't know that's how it worked. That's pretty good actually for a bag I might have to pop in and buy some tomorrow
