    Hello everyone,

Just thought i would come and introduce myself. My name is Rhiannon (Rhi for short) and i have 7 stone to loose. I have been yo yo dieting for about 14 years now and only seem to get bigger and bigger :-( I have almost non existent willpower so i am hoping you lovely people will help me stay on track so i can loose the weight.

i am bridesmaid at my friends wedding next june in the states and i would love to be slimmer for it rather than the current fat blob that i feel.

    Hi rhi :)

I know what you mean about will power, I've been yo yo dieting for 7 years and I always start out strong but about 3months in all my will power just dissolves! I'm 3 weeks into slimming world ATM n feeling more positive than I have in a while. What plan have you decided to go with? You'll find loads of support on here xxx

Hi Rhi! I've set my target at 7 stone loss as well- I need to lose more really. :cry:But I gotta start somewhere!

Bridesmaid is a GREAT motivation! Just keep the goal in mind. Also, go to the Success Stories board and keep looking at the folks that have done it! It CAN be done! Go for it!

I have the same as you to lose and also just joined WW. How are you finding it? I'm doing ok but wished I had bought the shopping guide in class.

    Hi Kelley,

If i stick to the WW plan then i think it's really good and much easier for me to stick to as i am more of a convenience food person to be honest. I am rubbish at cooking things from scratch and often don't have the energy to do that. I've been doing WW for just over 2 years now but my willpower is rubbish hence why i've not got far. I did loose 21lbs but put it all back on again so this is a new attempt for me to get it off again. How are you finding it? XXX
