Hi have been on CD for 10 weeks and lost 3 stone, but I have had enough and want to get back to some sort of normality! So have just bought IPD and the cookbook, and it appears to be very tempting, and it has to be a doddle compared to what I've been on! I would just like to loose another stone, over the next few months but live a little! Is this going to be a good idea? By the way I am not knocking the CD it was fantastic way of loosing quickly, I gave myself a target of 3 stone by Easter, so chuffed I achieved it! But need to move on!
