Grapes..A silly question!

Hi on a Green Day are grapes free? I guess they are, but just a bit concerned as other diets restrict them....

I think although they are free they are one of few fruits that are not classed as a speed food.

They certainly don't have the symbol next to them in the book whereas most other fruits do.

I have been told they are wonderful frozen too. Havent tried them that way yet but do intend to. Apparently it gives them a whole new taste.
