Had my weigh in tonight 6lbs off .I am really pleased with that.i am soooo happy to be back on the slimming world plan.

well done! i just lost another 1lb which took me to a stone.
however since that iv had sausages (2syns) chocolate buttons(6syns) trifle(4.5syns) sorbet(2syns) tomato ketchup(1syn)
so doesnt seem too bad until i also scoffed half a bag of haribo
ah well.back on the wagon tomoro.that was a fantastic treat!
