Completed week 1 today and I am 11 pounds lighter , stuck to the diet 100%, had two 30 min strolls each day as I don't have a lot of energy for much more! The rest of the time I'm chasing my 14 month old who has just started walking. Hoping my energy levels will increase soon. All I can think about is food food food despite not being hungry! But I'm totally motivated and look forward to seeng next weeks results!
