Great snack....

    Frozen Blueberries - check out your freezer section!

    Buy them from Tesco. Put in freezer.

    When you get a bit munchie (I usually so this about 2 hours after tea) grab a handful, and sit and munch them in front of the telly. Suck them first, then as they melt you can chew and release the GORGEOUS flavours!! 27cals per 100g!

    FABULOUS!!!

    Also, went to cinema with my mate last night, and as she troughed her way through a HUGE popcorn, I sat munching my blackberries that I'd taken with me. She left feeling bloated, and I just felt fab!!!
