Great weight loss chart

Hi,

I found this great Excel weight loss chart on the site.

It records your weight loss, BMI, measurements etc.

You just download it and fill in your details.

I cant open the attachment for some reason??

I've just tried it again and it is ok.

Download it onto your desktop and then open the excel doc (you have got excel loaded onto your PC?)

To anyone who can't open this, I would suggest you PM the guy who wrote it - he's a real sweetie and won't mind at all. (People are not saying whether they can't open the zip file or the actual spreadsheet, so it's a bit hard to help out, just off the cuff.)

It's great isn't it? I downloaded it tonight onto my laptop. Kept wondering why it wouldn't open on the desktop then realised I had deleted Excel from there but had forgotten to get rid of the shortcut!:d'oh:
