can anyone tell me the name of the Greek Yoghurt that is Syn free. They keep mentioning one at SW but i can never find it.

does it say 0% Total Greek Yoghurt.
sorry to be a bit dim but i have looked everywhere for something saying 0%. and could you let me know roughly what the price is.

It does say Total 0% Greek Yogurt and in Tescos it's with all the natural yogs. It's about 89p for 150g or thereabouts, dont have any in or i would take pic to help you find it!:D

thank you very much. will be getting some on next shopping expedition.

hubby keeps getting me yogurts that include syns, bless him.

Hi Tara,
I buy the Tesco light choices Greek style Yoghurt. Admittedly it is 1 syn per 100g but, and it's a big but, you get 500g for the same price as a teeny tiny 150g pot of Total so to me it's worth the syn. I'd eat a whole pot of total for breakfast with berries and it costs a fortune!

Just thought I'd throw that one in :)

'Fage' 100% fat free natural greek yoghurt is wonderful, thick and creamy and really tasty, I use it all the time, try it with honey drizzled over, really yummy.....honey is 1 syn per teaspoon. X
