Green Days

    Hello :)

    I'm new and I'm thinking of joining Slimming World online. I am a veggie and am wondering if I can have green days everyday? I am also wondering if it is easy following the diet at home online alone. I really do need to lose weight, the healthy eating way. Is anyone able to offer me any advice please?

    Hi there

    Yes you can do Green days everyday, some people who aren't vegetarians do this also, the same goes for Red days (non veggies).

    As for going it alone at home, all you can do is try it. I personally find I need to go to a class to stay on track but the support and information on here is amazing too!

    Green days are sooo easy - there's quite a few veggies/vegans that use this site :-D Maybe go it alone nd see how you get on? I was an online member and I think it would have been hard to get my head round it all by myself but it's easy once you get into it :)

    I follow ee but im doing it from home. ive already lost 10lb in 4 weeks.

    Some ppl need to go to class to stay focused and find it better for them. i personally find i get enough support from this site and im managing to keep myself motivated by joinin in with the group challenges and finding new recipes. everyones different!

    Give it a go and see how u get on :)

    I have done Green days all through my SW journey and love them! I don't eat meat, and only very rarely eat fish so although I;m not veggie, it's the ideal plan for me. Plus, you get 2 HEBs which is a bonus!
