(Green) Potato Hash

I know spuds are free on green, red cabbage etc is free on green, and veg, but what would be the best mince alternative? preferably free.

I know Bolognase Beanfeast is free, but can you get original Beanfeast and is that free?

How about Quorn mince as that is free?

Quorn mince is free but I always cook it with a tin of tomatoes as the Quorn has no natural juices it can be a but dry otherwise. What is your recipe for potato hash?
