Green smoothie

Often get my carer to make me a green smoothie most days but wondering whether veg is synned like fruit when you blend it?

I have spinach and cucumber smoothies with lots of spinach and half a cucumber in. Wondering how many of so this would be, plus sometimes have an apple in it to change up the taste

Think the apple may add calories to it, it is hard to get a complete answer, I would add more cucumber cos that is one of the lowest

Got my carer to calculate calories and convert into syns.

The cucumber is one syn the spinach less than one and it makes 2 portions so 1 syn I'm guessing for the whole one without apple is a fair enough guess

2.5 syns for the half apple would make it the 3 or 3.5 for the sweeter tasting smoothie

I can eat a whole cucumber and have done instead of an Ice lolly so not sure having to syn it all makes much sense. Also can eat handfuls of spinach before I get bored it's only because of swallowing problems I put them in a smoothie
