Having a quick lunch before heading back to First Aid Course, half a chocolate shake, glad I am doing the course as I am very hungry today...... but was 100% yesterday, afternoons are definately my worst so I will save my bar I get home.....

I am starving, struggling badly, tired, 8 year old throwing major tantrum and cold cold cold....... so nearly gave in when I went to Sainsbury's, thought a piece of chicken and some veg wouldn't hurt, but once I had of had that I would have binged and given up again..... need to stay 100% tonight..... am eating my last bar now...... have run out then until Monday.....

GE how are you getting on? Temperatures are dropping all over so with ketosis it can be panfully cold. Me and OH have heating on full blast, many layers and a blanket - heating bill is going to be extortionate.

If you need to have an extra shake, either to cope with hunger or missing the bars. I have already had my three for the day, and have accepted that a fourth won't cause problems ifI need it.

Think we will get on the Kinect once the footie has finished, work up some body heat and move about a bit. Have a good evening with your clan!! x
 
Thanks for your encouragement everyone..... still struggling, went to have a bath with some lush bath bombs and a good book but all I could think of was how good food is and how it would be better to eat healthily and lose the weight slowly..... I tried to reason with myself that it would not work and that I want to lose the weight quickly and really really need to stick to it.... have now got out, am much warmer and am having my last half a shake...... this is what I hate about CD, the battles that go on in my head.....
 
You can beat then hon. One day at a time. You know it is just Fred knocking on your door, trying to get in the bath with you!!! Glad you have warmed up though...

A bath sounds lovely - haven't had one for yonks (I do have showers though, I'm not a complete slob :D).

I might clear the bath of children's toys and have a nice bath tomorrow night - although I always find the idea of a bath much better than the real thing. I always get restless and end up getting out after 5 minutes...seems like such a waste of water...

Morning GE, Hope you are feeling better today, remember the reason you're doing this and why...keep reminding yourself it is want you want and ignore those voices that keep trying to get you off plan. you can do this hunny and you know how good you'll feel when you do.

I have the same argument going on in my head and at the moment it`s winning :sigh: I`ve been totally off plan this week, Eating whatever and haven`t even had all my shakes :(

Stayed 100% yesterday. It has been the hardest day so far. But having had to get up early yesterday and today and the stress of running church today and getting up and talking in front of people made me (excuses excuses) go home and have an ainsley harriott cup a soup and a small portion of cooked chicken. Have stayed 100% since then. Hopefully won't cause too many problems at WI tomorrow morning. Will catch up with diaries tomorrow.

Had my WI today, lost 4.6lb in 2 weeks, not brilliant but the first week I totally lost the plot so started last Monday heavier than the Monday before, so really only 4.6lbs in a week.... as DH says less than you weighed last Monday..... not sure what happened as this morning I weighed more than Friday morning, yet only had the soup and small piece of chicken and cut out a shake to compensate....

Anyway a loss is a loss, have bought some vegetable soup stuff today which you can have once a day, hoping this might help with any savoury cravings..... gonna try and stay 100% again this week, see how much I lose and then will decide where to go from here, it is getting too expensive to keep up, as we cannot really afford it....
 
Oh well done GE. I know how you feel, I lost 5lbs in 10 days of being 100% and initially felt gutted about that. Its a loss, which is a good thing and you might find that you have just as big a loss this week, instead of 7lbs the first week and only, say 2lbs the next.

You'll do it hon. :D
 
One good thing today did bring, I am no longer obese, I am just overweight.... lol
