Had my WI today, lost 4.6lb in 2 weeks, not brilliant but the first week I totally lost the plot so started last Monday heavier than the Monday before, so really only 4.6lbs in a week.... as DH says less than you weighed last Monday..... not sure what happened as this morning I weighed more than Friday morning, yet only had the soup and small piece of chicken and cut out a shake to compensate....
Anyway a loss is a loss, have bought some vegetable soup stuff today which you can have once a day, hoping this might help with any savoury cravings..... gonna try and stay 100% again this week, see how much I lose and then will decide where to go from here, it is getting too expensive to keep up, as we cannot really afford it....
