Hi Lorrayne, I just posted on your thread.... ha ha.
Have finally managed to get back on track of a sort... I am not strictly doing CD, I am doing my own version.... I am having 2 CD products a day, breakfast and lunch and then having a weightwatchers meal in the evening, I am trying to keep my calories around 800-900 and am treating myself to a skinny latte in the evening if I have been good enough. Had some really bad news at the weekend, but managed to stay on track, my little boys friend in his class was knocked down by a porshe Saturday afternoon and killed. We had to tell him yesterday afternoon so it wouldn't be such a shock in school today, but he sobbed for an hour and I was sitting with tears in my eyes all the time because of his pain, he eventually quietened down and asked some questions and felt a bit better. He was also worried that the older children at school would laugh at him today if he cried again, but we told him the whole school will be sad and lots of people will cry. I made sure we tucked a tissue in his trouser pocket just incase, but I have sat here today wondering how he is getting on. I cannot comprehend what the family must be going through, my prayers go out to them. The porshe driver and friend were arrested for dangerous driving and have been bailed until April.
On a better note, I did still go for my WI today (although I weigh myself monday morning on my scales before breakfast and before getting dressed so it is more accurate) and on my scales I had lost 6lb and on my CD scales I had lost 5.4lb, so I am going to log my WI each week as it is more accurate, so since Friday when I restarted I have lost 6lb.... so very very pleased, a big incentive to carry on.
