A gym ball and mat. Haha...

I work for a Sports Equipment wholesaler. We mainly supply schools and sports halls but obviously I get staff discount and can buy things too!

I've bought a jacket, trackie bottoms and top too...

Gym balls always remind me of when I was in labour with my first. Sat and bounced on it with every contraction!!!

We did one in Pilates once where you had your feet on it and your hands on the floor and (tried) to do press ups. It was hard enough just to keep stable. Can see how it works you stomach though

i bought a massive 95cm bright red ball to match my sofas, cause my back is so bad and my sofa just encourages me to slouch, i love my ball <3
