Gums!

can i ask is anyone else noticing their gums bleeding on this diet? I think its because i am not eating solid food and they can't keep tough.

if anyone has any idea what i can do to help would be grateful as i am sure my dentist is going to be very pissy with me if i don't sort them out! LOL

i am using listerine everyday but is not helping.....eeek

might give the corsodyl a go.....thats usually good for gums.

Oh god I know what you mean. But my gums bleed in general, even when I use mouthwash. I have to go see a doctor rather then the dentist, as I know the dentist is just gonna say use mouthwash.

my gums havent been bleeding but Ive noticed that if i knock my gums by accident with my toothbrush they swell up like mad! and that never used to happen before. and my mouth went all swollen when I had a bit of a flapjack... so i think mine is coz of not eating solids! gums dont have anything to fight with at the min
