    Hi i've posted on here a few times rcently and just want to say i'm gutted and feel o depressed with my very sudden ever increasing weight gain i'm now officially the biggest i've ever been after getting down to 10.5 stone last summer i'm now 13.4 :(:mad::eek: I'm devastated!
    I've been tring to lose weight and last week lost 5-6 pounds and got down to 12.11 now today i've gained 7 + pounds since saturday. I've been eating less than a 1000 cals every day and apart from one meal out yeasterday i've ate very low carb meals fish stir fry etc. What is happening to me. My only way to lose this weight now is to get back onto sole source and start exercising. Last week i did aerobics and swam 1/2 mile 4 times??? I have no idea why i can't get this weight off. I cant do sole source without the addition of small amount of skimmed milk cos can not drink tea/coffee without it. Don't like it mixed with shakes either!
    I'm so sorry to moan but i'm quite distressed about it all. I'm going to write everything into a diary that passes my lips and try and post it on here each evening.

    sorry you are feeling down its not good, but my only advice is to pick yourself up and start again the weight is very easy to put back on i know im there, yes only 9lbs to take off but nipping it in the bud before i gets out of control, control is the main word, if you know that you are not eating too many calories then it will come off, im going to ss for 4 days just to shake off the extra weight i have learned my lessons and im not listening to the carb person who sits on my shoulder best of luck to you you can do it remember your goals and go for it x

    As already said, sorry you are down. The fact you are posting here shows that you want to pick yourself up to lose weight. :) It's possible some of what you've gained this week is due to exercise, and due to the meal you mentioned wasn't 'good'. ((hugs)) we all do it. Myself included..

    So... you know what the problem is, you know how you can lose weight.. now call your CDC to get yourself sorted! :D
    You'll be more positive just making the phone call! :)
