i just decided to have a wee break cos i have now seen the surgeon and got the okay for my op.

wanted to have a planned break rather than go mad one week and put on half a stone.

haven't EVER stuck to a diet for 12 weeks and let's face it i've got at least another 12 weeks to go to get down to where i want to be.

and guess what - i think that the 12 weeks has changed my eating habits forever cos i haven't went mad and what fatty things i have eaten i haven't really enjoyed that much.

nose back to the grindstone come monday :flirt2:
