Happy as anything as my official weigh in showed a 4lbs loss Yipee thats a 1lb a week and since starting lost 12lbs with Xen and no nasty effects.
I then decided to do Lipotrim, my doctor said she has had some patients who have done relly well on it. She still gave me my Xen and I took my 1st shake today, I know its £45 a week but I would easy spend that on cereal, milk, salad etc.
I will see how I go the 1st week and I know its going to be hard but I really need to get off the diet coke and get my fatty liver sorted (Have an ultrasound on 25 June)
Any weight loss is a loss and I am pleased to be almost a stone lighter but really want to see if I can do this.

Tbh not sure if I can do the LT today been really hard at least with Xen I was eating regularly. It was after walking out of chemist £45 down I said to my self oh oh can I do this.
