Had to re-book my jollies, now only 7 weeks until Greece

GAWD i need a serious kick up the backside!!

My problems are eating out and wine (i choose okay things on the menu, but have a glass or so of wine with it and then want more in the evening!!)

For several reasons we changed our holiday plans today (was going to Cyprus Oct 3rd for two weeks) now going Rhodes for two weeks Mid September, i really, really want to lose a dress size before my jollies......

HELP! Any suggestions??

Lots of success express, honestly sticking with the plan and exercise to tone up.

Exercise really does make a difference with the inches I find. It's worth taking your measurements and then every half stone. You'll be toning up with any exercise you do - swimming, walking, jogging, squats, bicep curls...anything!
