Hit the nail on the head there, it is simple, free and not complicated and it is amazing what a bit of walking or even 'boosted' walking or power walking can do. I think it really helps to be a bit conscious that little efforts will help make the difference too.Great post- and well done on your great losses!
I have never been to a gym either, and keep exercise simple. I walk to work and back 5 times a week- easy. It's 45 minutes there and about 50 minutes back (it's slightly uphill on the way home!). I also walk every Saturday and Sunday for a couple of hours. As you say, it's free and there's no equipment required!
I walk to work too, but not for that long! If i had to walk further i would do less at home. I reckon it simple and incredibly effective and cheap as chips.... oooo chips lol
