Great post- and well done on your great losses!
I have never been to a gym either, and keep exercise simple. I walk to work and back 5 times a week- easy. It's 45 minutes there and about 50 minutes back (it's slightly uphill on the way home!). I also walk every Saturday and Sunday for a couple of hours. As you say, it's free and there's no equipment required!
Hit the nail on the head there, it is simple, free and not complicated and it is amazing what a bit of walking or even 'boosted' walking or power walking can do. I think it really helps to be a bit conscious that little efforts will help make the difference too.
I walk to work too, but not for that long! If i had to walk further i would do less at home. I reckon it simple and incredibly effective and cheap as chips.... oooo chips lol
