Had Two Bad Days on Weight Watchers & Getting Wisdom Teeth Out

Hi, I've lost 20 pounds so far on weight watchers, but still have a ways to go. I had a couple bad days this week, especially today. I went completely off, ate pop tarts, had a whole thing of fat free pringles, a slice of pizza...it was just terrible. I have to get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow so it's going to be a challenge to stay on plan. But I have to weigh in sometime within the next week.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make up for my binge tonight and how to stay on plan after I get my wisdom teeth out?

Someone once said imagine your week as a bouquet of seven flowers. Just because one flower dies, doesn't mean you'd throw the whole bunch out. How about soups and yogurts and soft fruit or the next few days?
