    hi all, im on ss+ so am allowed white fish, are we allowed smoked haddock? will it make any difference?

    Sorry, no smoked fish :( The added salt will cause fluid retention

    oh noooo ive had it yesterday and today noooo im going to cry, got my weigh in tomorrow :(

    If it just causes water retention don't get upset! If you have a little water retention this week it will come off next week. Your first weeks loss is fantastic too so I'm sure you'll do really well.
