Hangover Binge -why oh why oh why

    Hi,
    I'm just sooo annoyed with myself and yet do it time and time again. Hangover sabotage. Did really well last week and on Friday got into work trousers that I haven't been able to wear comfortably since last November. So went to a party Sat night. I wasn't going to drink but then ended up having to go to party on my own and was only going to know 1 person there so decided dutch courage needed to be implemented!! Had so much coors light. That wouldn't be too bad as I had left points from during the week just incase. Yesterday was when the damage was done. Porridge Porridge Porridge and I mean by the bucket load, 2 500g pots of natural yogurt and the last night 2 massive family size bags of popcorn. Why do I do this to myself. Feel really unwell today, stomach aching and has that stretched feeling going on. Didn't even attempt to put on said work trousers as probably would've cried. How do you combat this problem if it is one for y'all? I know the logical thing would be to cut out the booze but......sorry for the long winded rant just felt I had to air my rage at myself...x

    It's one slip up in a long tale of success. Stop beating yourself up - the bloat will soon disappear, focus on some extra healthy food today and by the weekend you will be back on track.

    Thing is, life will get in the way sometimes, but that's ok, as long as you don't let lapses go on too long.

    Well done for getting into those work trousers!!!!!

    Hello, just drink water to flush it out, you had a binge but tbh it was big fat burgers or cakes si firgetvit and usevit as a lesson not to do again or if you do it again remember how you pulled back into plan , the key to all weightloss is after a blip carry on with plan that way you'll still lose and won't yoyo I wish that's what I had done ;) xx
