I'm going to keep a food diary on here to try and help keep me on track. I always plan my week's meals in advance, but I feel writing it in here will help prevent me from adding 'little extras' over my daily syn allowance that 'don't count' (even though they do!). Feel free to comment and let me know if I'm going wrong anywhere! Will share some of my fave recipes in here too. I'm a very good cook if I say so myself!
