8 weeks and 1 day ago I started CD. I weighed 16 stone.
This morning I stepped on my scales and I weigh 12st 13lbs!!!
I'm SO chuffed!!!

I'm so pleased
I don't usually weigh in on my own scales, but my weigh in with my CDC was early this week and it'll be late next week as she was going on holiday, so I'm kind of out of kilter.
Thought I would jump on my own today to check where I was and I'm in the 12's!!!

I'm on SS officially,but I run a lot, so on the days I run, I have a SS+ meal, so kind of a mixture between the two. My weekly weight losses are in my signature
