Anyone know the syns for Hartleys raspberries in jlly
it says its fat free and 98 cals per pot.. i htought it was the less that 10 cals per pot jelly, and got this by accident..

Yeah i was pretty shocked myself that they were high..
The other ones, (which ive for lunch today) low calorie apple and pear jelly , less than 10 cals per pot, arent they .5 syns?

That seems way better than the other.. Must remember next time im shopping!

I wonder why they make a big thing out of it being fat-free? Any jelly is fat-free, surely?

Yeah i know, woudlnt u think, as its really just gelatinewith flavours.. supose they can charge more if they have the lowfat written on it
