Hi i was just wondering on an EE days can you have like steak and stuff as im not really sure what to eat as i know obv can have a jacket potatoe and grilled chicken...just wondering if you could have mixed grill stuff etc
As long as all the fat is removed from the meat and steer clear of sausages you should be okay.
There may be some syns if things are fried rather than grilled though and make sure you ask for no butter on the jacket potato!
