CS is costing alot of money! and i know this is cheaper but was just wondering what are the results like etc?

I looked at CS when I was deciding which diet to do and the price put me off, not sure how fast your loss has been but i've lost 31lbs in 10 weeks. It's been really cheap too, slim fast is almost always on offer somewhere. Hope this helps x
