The scan bran challenge. I have three packets of the lovely !!! Scan brans.

I am having 5 every morning for six days. Method. Soak them in boiling water, drain, mix in a muller light and add fresh fruit. Supposed to help in weight loss. Just hope I don't get a tummy ache from yogurts.

Has anyone tried this challenge x
 
I did this. I used to have them at lunch instead of Ryvitas or similar. I cannot be certain, but I think the reason the Scan Bran Challenge works, is that you burn far more calories chewing through the darn things than they contain! :D

Used to start eating at 1pm and finish up just in time for tea at 7pm :8855:

There are lots of other things to do with them! I have done the 'challenge' a few times. You can cover tthem with tinned tomatoes and baked beans, and even have bacon etc. with them, you can use them as croutons in the super speed soups, you can make cakes and cookies with them, and even Ferrero rocher which are lovely!

It does work for me but only if you drink lots extra, I mean at least 2 litres and probably more like 3, as they can make you constipated otherwise x
 
I have as call me crazy - I love the stuff!! I had it for lunch with cottage cheese for a week, my result was a gain. When I asked about it on here I was told you have to drink a lot more water with it. I tried the challenge again, drinking much more (which for someone with a bladder the size of a peanut if hugely difficult!!) & still didn't lose any more than usual. I do like eating it though so I'll have it every now & then.
