Has porridge slowed me down?

Hi everyone! just got back from my meeting and had lost 3.5lbs, even though I'm happy with this I'm used to losing between 4.5 and 5.5. Do you think it could be the porridge? i've had 1 a day this week and was just wondering if anyone else had slowed down too?

I'm going to still have them this week to see how I get on at my next weigh in, if it's the same as this time I think I'll give them a miss x :confused:

I had porridge this week- we rationed to 5 per week and I lost 4lb which is high for me.3.5 is still a good loss- I'd say if you enjoyed the porridge stick with it
a difference of 1lb in the loss could be anything from water retention to not having "been" as much to simply having a slower week.

I'd say, keep up the porridge if you enjoy it, anything given to us by LL is not going to mess up your weightloss, it's far more likely that something else affected your loss than the new pack :)

but there's not way to be sure really, as you could have no porridge at all next week and lose 2.5lbs, it's just what happens, every week is different even if we consume the same things!

You can't get to hung up on what you do one week, against another. Your body is going to vary, from hour to hour, day to day.

As Pete said, LL will not give you anything to slow your process down.

As long as you are following the plan 100%, then you should have nothing to worry about - so relax and enjoy the ride. :)
