Have you Put on or lost

I put on the first week and lost what I put on first week and lost a bit more!

All swings and roundabouts..and we are all different...some lose, some gain, some stay the same :)
 
Personally I stayed the same the first week and lost 1.2lbs the second but I think it's quite normal to gan a little during these weeks your body is getting used to food again. xx
 
I dont know how I did it.. I just completley stuck to the refeed!
