Just look at your weight loss last week -10 lbs that is FAB, just think another 4lbs this week, and that's a stone gone :) Keep focused xx

go and take a hot bath, then pick something to do to occupy ur mind, i was exactly like this last nite, i couldnt even cook the kids tea just in case i faltered, but i got through it hun, and so can you xxxx
