For some reason I have been hungry all day today so am planning a big carb fest for my dinner. I am going to make SW wedges/chips and have them with a big veggie quarter pounder and a ton of salad and hope that will fill me up.
I've just used 5 syns on a bag of pom-bear crisps which were really nice and followed that with a banana and yoghurt, plus have had breakfast and lunch !!!
I burnt 250 calories on the treadmill this morning so am not going to undo that good work by stuffing rubbish ...
I wonder it is some days we are starving and other's we don't give food a second thought !!!
