Having a Success Express day can someone help?

    Hello, I have decided to do my first success Express day and I just wanted to know if I have done my menu correctly. Would some kind soul please check over it for me and let me know if its ok.

    Breakfast:

    1 third: Bacon and spagetti hoops (ran out of beans)
    2 thirds: 2 Quorn sausages, 2 fried eggs done in frylight, Grilled tomatos and mushrooms.

    Dinner:

    1 third Chicken Breast and Jacket potato
    2 thirds: salad, Beetroot, 28g mexicana cheese

    Tea:

    1 third: Lamb, 2 dry roast potatoes
    2 thirds: Broccoli, sprouts, cabbage.

    As long as your 1/3 and 2/3 are accurate it looks ok. What are you doing about healthy extras, syns and snacks? Don't forget that snacks need to be super free and any syns need to be synned at the higher value if they are different red to green. Any one who has tried it in our group always seems to do well so keep going and let us know how your weight loss is this week.

    ps had another quick look and saw mexicana cheese. Is that a healthy extra? A or B? Don't know if that's ok without checking my book

    Hiya the mexicana cheese is cheddar with peppers in it so I used it as a healthy extra A.
