hayy all. my names emily and im in my first year at university. since november 2008 ive lost 1 stone and 8 pounds. since ive been at university my weights fluctuated. i have decided that i need to continue bringing the weight down. ive heard that the support in the forums is fantastic so why not give it a go. as im a student gyms are expensive so im also looking for low cost tips on how to lose the last few pounds healthily. but yeah. hi! :)

I am at Uni too and know how hard it can be to lose weight on a student budget with all the temptation of going out drinking and take-away too.
Well done on weight lose so far!
I do calories counting which is a cheap way to "diet" and works well with student life I think. Gym memberships are expensive, but workout classes are reasonable - have you thought of those? or maybe getting a work-out dvd to do at home!
