HE question

Hi all,

Can 'you have noodles (dried) as a HEB on a red day?
Having stir fry for tea and just wondered x

no noodles or rice on red days

Ooh! Thanks for that, could I change to EE at all? So far today I have had:

Breakfast:

Wettabix (x2) HEB and skimmed milk (HEA) with banana and strawberries.

Lunch:
Salad with grilled chicken breast and two laughing cow extra light triangles (was going to count these towards HEA -2)

Dinner:

Was going to be -
Stir fry made with heaps of veg and chicken.
