This has been day one for me and I'm suffering with an extreme headache,keep drinking more and hoping itl pass and once I get to bed tonight it shud be ok,this is the part I hate.not gonna cave though!
Keep at it hun. The headache will pass after day 3 and it will start to get easier. You're already doing the right thing by keeping yourself hydrated. Good luck! X
