Healthy extra help please

Hey :)

I have been having musli as my healthy extra. 28g. But looking at my book it says 28g plus a scan bran.

Now I dont have these as I dont got to group but to be honest its not my kind of thing so can I add a little extra musli?? Surely if im not having it then im not having enough fibre from it?
I always struggle with HE's as I dont do cereal and im not a big dairy fan either.

Currently been using musli and cheese each day...
 
Sounds like you are working from an old book hun - the mueslis on the list are all 35-40g depending on brand. If possible get yourself a copy of the most up-to-date books
 
I was doing the same thing, came back after a break and continued with the old book, until I realised from the posts here that some things were way out of date - so now I have the right book, which in many ways is simpler and more straight forward.
