Hi i need a little help on healthy extras. I currently do mainly the green days and gammon can be used as a healthy extra B choice. Can Asda round steaks that are processed be used as a healhy extra as I am unsure what gammon counts?

Hmm - I think probably not as they are not "real" meat but perhaps another person can tell you what gammon counts as I dont eat meat :)

it would depend if they are processed or not i guess! i understand it as meat off of a gammon joint or a proper steak as you can cut the fat off where as a cheper processed type steak will probably have hidden fat, i hope that makes sense! x
