healthy extra list anywhere

hi is there a list anywhere that tells u what u can have as healthy extras amounts on red / green days ...ive had a look but cant seem to find one

with a list of the choices

If you are a SW member you will find a sample list in your book and the full list is available on the sW website under My Weight Loss Tools > Latest Healthy Extras

No-one can give you a list because that would go against SW copyright and could get the forum into legan difficulty with SW

thanks but im no longer a paying member....and do not have access to the books......i just thought someone somewhere whould have acess to a pdf list
