Healthy Extra list

Hello, I am trying to get back into slimming world, I remember the idea of it all and I know free and superfree foods etc, I just need a list of the healthy extras and the measurements of allowed portions.

If someone could please send me a pic of the healthy extra page in the slimming world book that would be most appreciated.
