Heart age calculator......SHOCKED!

I've just redone mine. 2 months ago I got 28 (I'm 24) and today I got 26. So going in the right direction! Apparently when I've lost another 14.5lbs I'll be down to 25 and then it'll take another 58lbs to get to a heart age of 24. So basically, it's not until I hit my goal that I'll get to my actual age it seems.

That's good news caroline...i redid mine..i've gone down a year...14 year difference rather than 15!!!! oooh dear

Mine was very good considering, I'm 39 and it came back 33.
