I was looking at getting some advice from all the lovely people in this fitness section.
I'm taking my exercising more seriously now and really would like an more accurate way to see how many calories burned etc.
There are so many devices available out there it's hard to know which is best - I've heard of fitbit, garmin, polar, pulse etc etc...
Please could anyone give an tips or info on what they currently use?
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated
