Heartburn sickness

Been so so sick with heart burn its chocolate diet coke salad I'm not touching this now !!!! Eauuuuu feel like my throat on fire and petrol being poured down my throat any tips welcome x

Awful isn't it, I had it earlier just from cooking a curry I didn't even eat it before it started lol, since iv actually eaten though been okay,
Only things I can recommend is milk yoghurt and gaviscon x
