Heaven (otherwise known as CD trifle)

I have just discovered the best CD trifle ever, it just worked soooooo much better than any other time I have tried to make it!

Basically I made jelly with 350ml water, 1 spoon MAM, about 1/2 tsp summer berry flavouring and a tiny bit of red food dye (so it went lolly pink ).

Then before it set I made mousse from 1/2 choc tetra and 1/2 spoon MAM, and just poured it into the jelly.

Some of the choc stayed on top, and some sunk to the bottom. I've got to say, after it set it was the most delicious thing I have eaten in aaaaaaages!

When I make trifle I ALWAYS make sure the jelly sets, maybe I'll try not letting it set next time, sounds lovely!

aaarrrgh, sorry dumb moment there! haha. Can you use gelatine instead?

I'm sure you could use gelatine, although does normal gelatine still turn tetras into mousse?

I was going to ask why mix a mam, but i see what you mean now, i wasn't aware of mix a mousse!!!
